Tahmina is rare in that she puts her fingerprint on every class she touches. You can tell a course is hers from a distance: the composition, graphics, color scheme, and balance are all supremely beautiful and functional. The faculty members she supports are incredibly lucky to be paired with someone who goes well beyond their role to ensure the best possible user experience for their learners. And fortunately for her colleagues, Tahmina is highly collaborative. She has delivered multiple workshops, presentations, and resources to her peers to develop us professionally. Her ability to train and facilitate growth is highly valuable to the entire team.

I had the oppurtunity to work with Tahmina on an FIU Online Expo Project. Her creativity and resourcefulness had a signigicant impact on its success. She was very creative, crafting practical and effective props that elevated the quality of our work.
